KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertake design projects from concept to completion
Work closely with the Design Director & project teams to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and client’s agreement
Work closely with project team on producing full sets of tender & construction drawings / specifications
Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline
Review of shop drawings / samples, strike-offs, and materials etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent
Participate in project review meetings and Client presentations as needed
Proactively research new innovative designs, industry trends and best practices

ABILITIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent
Minimum 8 years experience in commercial interior design
Well versed in Space planning and Conceptualization of Offices
Highly proficient in all design related softwares such as Autocad, 3D softwares ( Sketchup preferred), Photoshop and Microsoft office applications
Ability to create / provide design detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership, planning and organization skills
Strong at documentation
Creative and innovative to craft strong design concepts
Good written and spoken English
